I had a mixed experience at this resort. The location is excellent and the staff were generally nice, which made my stay enjoyable. However, several aspects such as the cleanliness of the rooms and the dining options left much to be desired. Overall, it felt a bit overpriced for the quality provided.

I had a fantastic stay at this resort! The ocean view from our spa room was simply gorgeous, and it provided a sense of tranquility throughout our four nights. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure our needs were met without being intrusive. However, I did hear some complaints about room cleanliness during peak times, which could be improved. Overall, it was a memorable experience with some minor hiccups.

Our family had a lovely time at Peppers Palm Cove. The room was spacious and equipped with great kitchen amenities, making it comfortable for all of us. While we did have some struggles with towel service during the busy New Year period and the pool bar service could be improved, overall, the hotel provided a great environment for relaxation. The dining options were satisfying, and we enjoyed spending our days by the lagoon.

We had a great stay at Peppers Beach Club and Spa in Palm Cove! The location was unbeatable, offering a beautiful beachside atmosphere surrounded by lovely tropical gardens. The room was comfortable, but I encountered some communication issues with the staff that dampened the overall experience. However, the dining options and facilities, especially the pools, really enhanced our visit.
